Ritalin? sure! so the School administrators can provide paying clients to their therapists.

Don't let Therapist [Terrorists](backed by Rabbonim) to break apart families. [Their success rate in at 99%]
Don't let the Rabbonim and therapists run for restraining orders against their husbands, who happens to be the father of her children.
She is throwing her children to the dogs. That's what revenge is.

Don't work in unison to support financially the therapists, by sending the parents, the children, etc. to therapy.

That's perhaps why children lost their respect for Rabbonim!

Don't allow the מקוה to break families. Terrorists & Rabbonim do it constantly R"L

New England Journal of Medicine recent article re: eating raw fish

A 36-year-old previously healthy woman presented with a 2-day history of severe chest pain and epigastric pain associated with nausea and vomiting. Physical examination showed moderate abdominal tenderness, without guarding or rebound in the epigastrium. Laboratory tests, including cardiac enzyme levels, were normal.

An electrocardiogram and a radiograph of the chest were normal. The patient reported that she had consumed uncooked salmon approximately 2 hours before the chest pain developed. Computed tomography of the abdomen revealed diffuse thickening of the gastric wall. Gastroscopy revealed multiple anisakis larvae penetrating into the mucosa in the esophagogastric junction, fundus, upper body, middle body, and antrum of the stomach.

Eleven larvae were removed with the use of endoscopic forceps (see video), after which the patient’s symptoms resolved. Anisakiasis is a parasitic infection of the gastrointestinal tract in humans that is caused by the consumption of raw or inadequately cooked seafood containing third-stage larvae of the nematode Anisakis simplex or related species.

Sky high prices for Epi-Pen and Colchicin

Richard Roberts is a doctor and former chairman of a pharmaceuticals company URL Pharma.
Sky-high price hikes for EpiPen, the injected emergency medicine for severe allergic reactions to foods and bug bites, have made its maker the latest target for patients and politicians infuriated by soaring drug prices.
The company, Mylan, has a virtual monopoly on epinephrine injectors, potentially life-saving devices used to stop a runaway allergic reaction. Mylan N.V., which has headquarters in Hertfordshire, England, and Pittsburgh, has hiked prices as frequently as three times a year over the past nine years, pushing its list price for a package of two syringes to more than $600.
A look at the situation:   Q: Who uses EpiPens? or colchicine?
Roughly 40 million Americans have severe allergies to spider bites, bee stings and foods like nuts, eggs and shellfish. They at risk for a serious reaction — anaphylactic shock. Symptoms quickly escalate from wheezing, hives and skin swelling to rapid heartbeat, trouble breathing and convulsions and, without treatment, possibly death.
As a precaution, many carry EpiPens, which contain the best "antidote," the hormone epinephrine. Last year, more than 3.6 million U.S. prescriptions for two-packs of EpiPens were filled, according to data firm IMS Health. That earned Mylan nearly $1.7 billion.
Q: How do EpiPens work?
A: In an emergency, the syringe is jabbed against the thigh. The needle inside injects the epinephrine into muscle tissue. But that can be difficult in a panic or with a child who won't hold still. The syringes expire after a year.

Q: How did the price for EpiPens get so high?
Like all drugmakers, Mylan periodically hikes its prices. In 2007, when Mylan took over rights to EpiPen, a pair of syringes cost $93.88. According to Elsevier Clinical Solutions' database of prices set by manufacturers, Mylan raised the price 5 percent the in 2008 and 2009, when a competitor hit the market. Its price jumped 20 percent in late 2009, followed by a series of 10 percent and 15 percent increases. The price hit $609 per pair in mid-May.
Q: How can Mylan do that?
A: In the U.S., drug manufacturers charge what they think the market will bear. Unlike other countries, the U.S. government doesn't regulate drug prices, though the Veterans Affairs and Medicaid negotiate big discounts. Mylan hasn't answered questions about how it justifies its price hikes. A statement released Monday didn't address prices.

UPDATE: Bais Yosef "Bais-Din" V the fraudulent Bais Yosef bais din

Bais Yosef  Bais Din- "The rest of the story"

The Bais Din of Bais Yosef is a division of yeshiva Bais Yosef Yeshiva. A division founded by  Harav Hagaon Hagodal Rav Yakov chaim Jofen zt”l. of saintly memory who was president and dean of the Bais Yosef yeshiva and had final say over anything yeshiva related, upon his passing that authority passed to his son Hagaon Harav Reb Mordechai Joffen Shlita the present dean and Rosh Yeshiva. The Bais Din Bais Yosef belongs to Yeshiva Bais Yosef.

In or about 2009, Rav Joffen dismissed Rabbis Alt, Gurewitz and Landau from their positions at the Bais Din for incompetence, disloyalty and dishonesty to the yeshiva. The dismissal was upheld in arbitration by a Psak of the Bais Din Tzedek Umishpat that ruled; Rabbi Alt et al has absolutely no rights in Yeshiva Bais Yosef. They were prohibited from using the name Bais Din Bais Yosef or any similar name which belongs to the yeshiva, nor any bank account using  Bais Yosef / Bais Din or similar name.

They are illegally continue using the name and misrepresenting themselves as being the Bais Din of the Bais Yosef yeshiva they are  misappropriating the name and misleading the public who wrongly believe that they are still associated with the yeshiva. They are misappropriating the good name and good will of a yeshiva that's been in the Joffen family for 130 years

From an email re: Orange Juice filters

Rav Shein, The reason not to use the 230 mesh filter for orange juice is because according to many puskim you don't have to filter bichlal if you use a 230 mesh.

The 230 mesh removes so much from the oroanje juice that it loses it's juice taste.

I even think reb shlomo miller says the same ting.

[The Aida Bdatz Yerushalem juice filter is "80" mesh.] ys

RE: Open containers of milk in a non-Jewish store-

The following article was brought to my attention.

since there are major errors in this article "factual and Halachik",  I am forced to publish the proper view according to our SHULCAHN ARUCH. The issue we will deal with is using milk in an open container being labeled with a CHOLOV YISROEL label (Golden Flow, Pride of the Farm, etc), at a NON JEWISH convenience store. The author claims the laws governing this type of transaction are contained in SIMAN 118 (the 108 which is printed is probably a typo). This is 100% wrong. SIMAN 118 is discussing milk which is owned by a JEW and is being stored or transported by a NON JEW.
In the scenario of a convenience store the milk is entirely owned by the NON JEW and he is selling it with the claim (inferred from the label on the bottle) that this is CHOLOV YISROEL. This is covered by the SHULCHAN ARUCH in SIMAN 114 SIF
In SIF 5 it says as follows יין רמונים שמוכרים לרפואה מותר ללוקחו מהתגר אפילו שלא מהחבית אע''פ שדמיו יקרים מהיין משום דכיון דאית ביה קפידא לא מרע נפשיה  We see clearly from here that the rule of  לא מרע נפשיה  only applies to a TAGAR and not a CHANUS. A convenience store would definitely be classified as a CHANUS. In addition since the price of CHOLOV YISROEL is about $3.00  per gallon more than supermarket milk, we have also met the threshold of  דמיהם יקריםone would therefore be 100% prohibited from purchasing a coffee with milk from an open bottle in a convenience store.
The spoilage issue is dealt with by the Shulchan Aruch in the Bais Yosef on SIF 4. The Bais Yosef explains even though one is allowed to buy from the CHANUS when he sees the drink being taken from a barrel because we assume that the owner would not pour wine in the barrel since it tends to spoil the contents of the barrel, we still say that he is not allowed to buy the drinks being poured from smaller containers in the CHANUS, why do we not make the same assumption that the wine will spoil the contents.
This is because the wine poured into containers are in small amounts and the containers are used up frequently therefore there is no fear of spoilage to inhibit the owner from adulterating the drink. The same applies to milk, we are not suspect that the owner will buy 10 gallons of supermarket milk and fill 20 CHOLOV YISROEL bottles and keep them for a week, but instead will buy one or two gallons and fill 2 or 4 containers for a one or two day supply where spoilage is nonexistent.
The lawsuit issue. Even though the mathematical possibility exists for a law suit we still have to use common sense and see if this possibility would deter a convenience store owner from substituting milk. The McDonalds law suit was filed by a major law firm which had the resources for this type of undertaking and hoped for a return on the investment, since McDonalds is a company with major assets. No normal law firm would expend tens of thousands of dollars filing a law suit against a convenience store whose owner has no assets.
There is no normal convenience store owner in his right mind that would let the fear of a ten million dollar law suit deter him from saving $3.00 a gallon on milk. Even if we know for sure that the owner is a chronic paranoid he could also substitute the milk in his house and bring it to the store.  Therefore making sure the only way he could be caught would be to test the DNA in his milk against the DNA of all the CHOLOV YISROEL cows and prove that it doesn’t match.
We have a clear Halacha in the Shulchan Aruch which prohibits purchasing milk from a convenience store. There is no plausible HETER to permit this. For anyone wishing to read about how this Halacha was violated several years ago by a major Kashrus organization with a major food manufacturer you can download the following
Toshav Monsey
THIS EXXON IS UNDER THE "KCL". SEE THE CHOLOV AKUM TOGETHER WITH THE CHOLOV YISROEL, for the worker to pour into the cholov yisroel as needed.

BTW- Cholov akum in the USA is Cholov Treif per Reb Moshe in a Teshuva, and Rav Eliyashev, Rav Wosner, Rav Shlomo Zalman, etc.
In Germany it may be Cholov Stam per Reb Moshes Teshuva.

The Churban of our children-Who's at fault?

My dearest Chaim,

As I fasted today, I sat and reflected on what our fast is all about. Why was our beautiful home in Yerushalayim destroyed? Why did the presence of Hashem leave us? What did we do to drive ourselves into this long bitter golus?
I always knew the answer, but I don't think I understood it as well as I do right now. It was destroyed because we were judgmental of those who did not ACT the way we wanted them to act. We were embarrassed of those who did not DRESS the way that we wanted them to dress. We looked down at those that did not TALK the way we wanted them to talk. And our misplaced ego caused us to think that we are better than they are. This is what caused us to destroy ourselves completely. Without having an ayin tovah, a favorable and understanding eye on those around us, we are not deserving of having the divine presence of Hashem live among us. We threw ourselves out with our self-righteous mindset.
Which group of us caused the destruction? The ones "on the derech" or the ones "off  the derech"?
On this I sit and cry... my eyes fill with tears... the epiphany just hit me like a ton of bricks: It was not the ones wearing the jeans (as an example) that caused the destruction, rather, it was the ones not wearing jeans that then looked down upon those who wore the jeans! WE are the ones who destroyed the beis Hamikdosh and we have not yet corrected our sin! In fact, with Torah and mitzvos being so strong... we have perhaps even strengthened our sin... we have taken it to a higher level.
I look at myself... am I not part of the group who uses our beautiful religion to look down at others? And if so, am I not the one responsible for our current exile? What good is my fasting and sitting on a floor if I cannot face the truth that "I" am currently responsible for this tragedy?!
I now fully realize that it is not you and your friends who are preventing Moshiach from coming... it is me and my friends!
I wrote my own kinniss: Woe is to me for I have repeated and repeated the original sin that caused the churban! Woe is to me for I have stabbed my own flesh and blood! Woe is to me for I took the holy Torah that is supposed to be sweet and peaceful "dirachehuh darchei NOAM vichal nesivosehuh SHALOM" and I used it to form a dagger which I then used to stab you - and others - over and over again!!
And so after a long day of fasting and contemplation, I look back at the way that I treated you and for this I now sit and cry. My dear sweet beloved Chaim !! How can I ever take back the pain that I caused you? How can I ever repay you for the smiles and hugs that you so deserved... but didn't get from me because I was too busy justifying to myself why it is OK for me to look down at you... to judge you harshly... and to actively destroy the Bais Hamikdosh? How can I give you back the lost years?
My dear Chaim, a long long time ago, I looked into the future and dreamed about the day that you would grow up, mature, learn right from wrong, wake up from your selfishness and finally come ask me for forgiveness. but after alot of inner searching... "I" grew up, and "I" matured, and "I" learned right from wrong, and now "I" finally woke up from MY selfish, haughty, egotistical, judgmental attitude! And now on this painful day I turn to you and I ask you - no, I BEG you - for forgiveness!!
I accept upon myself to shower you with love and affection, with hugs and kisses, and to do everything in my power to always be there for you through thick and thin! I pledge to work so so hard to make up for all of the pain that I caused you. I pledge to never look down at you, your friends, or on ANY JEW ever again. I am DONE with the negative attitude! I am DONE with being the judge and jury to another Yid! I am DONE with thinking that I am BETTER than ANY other Jew in Klal Yisrael. I am DONE being a part of the problem... and I pledge that as of right this moment... I will become a part of the SOLUTION!!
My Chaim, please open your heart to me... please open your arms to me... hug me, hold my hand and let us build the Beis Hamikdosh together...

What do you say? Your loving Totty

The OU's Alert is very clear- "have been found to be infested"  Measures are being taken to prevent the rampant infestation of the barley.
On the other hand- The Heimish Hashgocha for the English speaking Tzibur they write "signs of infestation"  For the Yiddishe speaking Tzibur they write ." It is infested" . Why is that? Is the  English speaking Tzibur any less makpid on infestation, than the yiddish speaking Tzibur?  At least the OU was clear in their alert to everyone, and they are taking measures to prevent.........

Alert: Misleading information re: MINCED fish, fish stick, fish patties, fish cakes

In the bulletin they write that "Minced" fish is finely ground and is permitted.

Minced fish is not ground at all, and is not permitted.

Includes- fish cakes, patties, cakes.

Minced fish+ removed by mechanical means and is not ground at all. The anisakis are whole insects.

NOTE: There may be other mistakes as well.

For some reason the CRC Hisachdus- Brooklyn, Volover, Tartikuv MC, Kcl, Star-k, etc among many others are not concerned about the Anisakis worm.

See תשובות והנהגות חלק ו  re: the Anisakis in the USA.

NOTE: No one has any issue with the anisakis in herring
